HEALTH AND CARE PARTNERSHIP IS NO LONGER IN EXISTANCE

Health and Care Partnership was a meeting between representatives of the Herefordshire Council, and NHS bodies together with Police, Chamber of Commerce, care and voluntary sector representatives.

Members of the committee made decisions on the performance of their statutory duties in exercising their respective functions to co-operate with one another in order to secure and advance the health and welfare of the people of Herefordshire, along with the planning and operation of services of common concern.
