To receive any feedback from the 2024 RE conferences. Additional documents: Minutes: Stephen Pett noted that the initial evaluations of the Secondary RE Conference was very positive.
The Chair agreed that the level of presentations was very impressive.
Stephen Pett added that the feedback will be typed up and brought back to SACRE at a future meeting. Regarding the Primary Conference, the Hereford Academy were thanked for accommodating the conference. Tracy Westlake was praised for her session at the conference and her practical ideas. Positive feedback was also received for the ‘speed-dating’ function deployed at the conference.
Midge Ault noted that she enjoyed the ‘speed-dating’ function and found it a stimulating way of interacting with other teachers.
Pam Howell added that she attended the Primary Conference and found the experience as a whole very positive particularly in getting to know other teachers and staff from Herefordshire. |

The Board thanked Peter Fawcett for his time served on the committee.
Cllr John Stone thanked Stephen Pett for all his work on the RE school conferences.
