Note: Adults and wellbeing scrutiny committee meetings during the coronavirus outbreak - The government has advised that public gatherings of more than two people should cease unless the gathering is essential for work purposes. It has therefore been decided to cancel the committee meeting scheduled for 6 April 2020. Consideration will be given as to whether future scheduled meetings can proceed in due course and taking account of any updated guidance.
