To consider the notification of a standard temporary event notices (TEN) in respect of the ‘Field adjacent to Dewsall Court, Callow, Hereford, HR2 8DA’ and the issue of an objection notice in respect of the TEN given by the Environmental Health Officer.

Members of the Licensing Panel of the Council’s Regulatory Sub-Committee considered the above application, full details of which appeared before the Members in their agenda and the background papers.

The Chairman introduced members and officers present and outlined the procedure for the meeting.

Prior to making their decision the members heard from Fred Spriggs, representing the Licensing Authority and Elisabeth Laughland, representing Herefordshire Council Environmental Health Department. It was noted that the applicant did not attend the hearing.

 

The Licensing Officer presented the report with no additional comments

 

The Principal Environmental Health Officer (PEHO) outlined the objection to the application as per the agenda documents.

 

The sub-committee determined to defer the application due to insufficient available to enable the sub-committee to make a decision.

 

Schematic drawings of the field, with the locations of any marquee, stage, bar and toilet facilities clearly identified was requested by the sub-committee.

 

 A deferred date to hear the above application was set as the 17 March 2015 with the time to be determined.
