To consider an application for an ‘expedited licence review’ of the premises licence relating to Natalka Polskie, 22 Eign Street, Hereford, HR4 0AB.

The Licensing Officer advised Members that they had been convened at short notice to determine an application for an expedited review submitted by West Mercia Police in respect of Natalka Polskie. She confirmed that the certificate had been signed by Chief Superintendant Charles Hill.

 

West Mercia Police’s Licensing Officer, James Mooney, addressed the sub committee and gave details of the reasons that the police were requesting that the licence be suspended. He confirmed that the operation was being led by HMRC and related to the sale of contraband alcohol and tobacco.

 

RESOLVED

 

That the premises licence in respect of Natalka Polskie be suspended pending a full review of the premises on Wednesday 19 October 2011.
