Purpose:
Grant license to provide a connection and
allow use of WIFI connection via Herefordshire Councils existing
services.
This will enable Ross Town Council to get their wall mounted
digital screen up and running.
The digital screen is located on the outside wall of the library
building.
Ross Town Council were unable to provide a suitable alternative at
an acceptable cost.
