Significant remediation work has already taken place on the North Magazine, including extensive ground investigations and earth movement/sifting in preparing the site for further development. Detailed design (including utilities installation) has now also been completed following the masterplanning exercise carried out in Summer 2020. The installation of gas to the identified plots forms an essential part of preparing the land for sale and development.
