The installation of gas and other utilities forms an essential part of making the site development ready. Construction of the new NMITE building on N24 will soon commence.
The trench will be used as a multi-utility trench to place ducts for electricity and water pipes making it a more efficient exercise than separate trench digging and laying.

Fulcrom Infrastructure Services Limited have been appointed to carry out the work. The opportunity was advertised via open procurement exercise via pro-contract. Of the four responses received, Fulcrom Infrastructure Services Limited scored highest against combined cost and quality, whilst also being able to deliver all elements of the required specification.
