No objections have been raised to the proposals. For the reasons as set out below, it is recommended that a new Traffic Regulation Order be implemented as proposed in the Notice of Proposal. The effect of the Order will be to introduce a Prohibition of Motor Vehicles (Except for Access) restriction on Friars Street, Old Mill Close and Cross Street, Hereford, which will replace the existing Prohibition of Driving (Except for Access) restriction that is currently in place.
