Award a contract to Facultatieve Technologies Ltd for x2 cremator hearth
replacements at Hereford Crematorium.

Approve the expenditure of up to £91,424 for the works. This includes a
contingency of £10,000 to be approved for any unforeseen items/works that are required and agreed. This is not included in the original works contract value, this is to be expended if required and agreed.

Approve the expenditure of up to £1,000 for internal and external
professional fees.

Authority is delegated to the Senior Project Manager from the
Interim Director of Commercial Services as spend manager for the project.
