Decision:
After careful consideration, it has been
determined that Wilson House Car Park is surplus to the strategic
requirements of the Council. It has been unused since the previous
lease had ended on the site. It is proposed that the site will be
sold to a special purchaser, and an independent Market Valuation of
the site has been obtained and accepted by the intended buyer. The
sale of this land will mean that the site is in use and will also
generate and income for the Council.
