To award a contract to Owen Pell Ltd using Lot
1 of the Council’s NEC 4 Framework Agreement, to the initial
value of £80,020.62 to remove and replace 5 existing
footbridge structures on the Public Rights of Way network with new
Steel-beamed Timber footbridges, as per locations, as set out in
appendix 1. In addition, to authorise a 10% contingency of
£8,002.06
