Consideration has been given to the receipt of six objections arising from the formal Notice of Proposal for the above titled order. Notwithstanding the receipt of these objections, for the reasons as set out below, it is recommended that a new Traffic Regulation Order be implemented as proposed in the Notice of Proposal, with the exception of Queens Court where a modified proposal be implemented. The effect of the Order will be to introduce additional Waiting, Permit Parking & Disabled Badge Holder Restrictions on Various Roads in the town of Ledbury.
