•Annual request for charity event run by a Community Interest Company for the purposes of a non-animal circus from 22 to 24 June 2022 (the actual event is run on 23 June, the other days are for setting up and clearing away)
•The circus will be attended without charge by locally disadvantaged children and profits will be donated to charity
