A full tender exercise has been completed, with 5 quotations
received for the purchase of new IT & Audio equipment.
The full cost of the project is £995.96. Lord Scudamore have
agreed to provide £257.82 to make up the difference.
Responsibility for monitoring the project and managing expenditure
within the total spend budget is to be with the Senior Project
Manager.
