remedial works to Courts 1 and 2 through BBLP, Property Services
Estates
Capital Works Programme CAP921, of not more than £200k
(inclusive of professional fees, contingencies, etc)
The hire period for the scaffolding has finished and a further
period through until January 2023 is required until the capital
works are ready to commence requiring addition funds from the 2021
approved budget
