• The council own Stretton Sugwas former waste site which has an area of car parking close to the entrance which is not heavily used by staff and is separate to the landfill area

• Stretton Sugwas Parish Council have requested that they be permitted to use this car parking land for one week commencing 15 November 2021 whilst the village hall car park is being resurfaced
• The village hall is well used and granting the licence will minimise inconvenience to the local community and road users in the vicinity.
• The licence will require the Parish Council to reinstate any damage caused and to indemnify the council against any damages, claims or actions arising from the rights granted under the licence.
