Negotiations are ongoing with the existing
tenant for new leases of these units to begin on 1st January 2022.
The existing Tenancies at Will under which the tenant occupies the
units have been terminated. The grant of further Tenancies at Will
enables the tenant to continue occupation legally while the terms
of the new leases are concluded whilst maintaining revenue to the
Council
