The Client has physical disabilities and is unable to maneuver
safely around the property therefore is no longer able to maintain
her independence. The extension will provide a ground floor bedroom
and wet room.
• There are no other properties planned or available in the
village to meet the clients needs, the client has been known to

• The family have a strong support network in this area
