To award a contract to Hayhurst & Co
Architects following a successful tendering exercise to prepare a
developed design for Peterchurch Primary School. The appointment to
be based on an initial cost of £169,900 plus associated
contingency, surveys, statutory and professional fees. A total cost
not exceeding £300k.
To fund the works from the existing Peterchurch Area School
Investment budget.
To delegate authority to the project manager to authorise spend and
manage budget up to the value of £300k for the services
described above
