2. Engagement of Caritas Recruitment agency for the provision of 33
new appropriately qualified staff roles for 13-weeks, administered
via the Council’s existing Matrix agency staffing
arrangements, to strengthen various teams across children’s
social care at a total cost of £857,704, plus worker expenses
of a cost £71k
