The installation of electricity and other utilities forms an essential part of making the site development ready. Construction of the new NMITE building on N24 will soon commence. The electricity will be installed into a pre excavated and prepared multi-utility trench.

SSE Contracting Limited have been identified as the preferred supplier to carry out the work. The opportunity was advertised via an open procurement exercise via pro-contract. Of the five responses received, SSE Contracting Limited scored highest against combined cost and quality.
