To ensure all those eligible through the Free School Meals scheme are offered the opportunity to attend the Holiday Activity Fund scheme for 4 hours per day for 4 days during the Easter holidays providing them with a range of activities, nutritional education programme and a free meal as per the framework set out but the DfE.
