Purpose:
In response to covid-19, the council recognise
that there may be some that are required to visit the city centre
for essential reasons such as to visit pharmacies.
On street pay and display parking provides for these essential
services to be accessed. Drivers will not need to display a ticket
for stays up to 30 minutes, with any other parking paid for.
