To authorise the making of a Temporary Road Closure Order served under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to require a temporary closure on the U80005, East Street, Hereford, from the junction with Broad Street to the junction with Offa Street, planned to be effective between 08:00hrs and 17:00hrs on the following dates only ; Tuesday 25th June, Tuesday 2nd July, Tuesday 9th July, Tuesday 16th July, Tuesday 23rd July and Tuesday 30th July.
