To authorise the making of a Temporary Traffic Regulation Order served under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to require the temporary suspension of the ‘Walnut Tree Avenue, Hereford (Prohibition of Commercial Vehicles of over 3 Tons) Order 1980‘ and permit any vehicle to use (if appropriate) the length of said highway classified as: U82204 Walnut Tree Avenue, Hereford, from the junction with the A49 Ross Road to the junction with the A465 Belmont Road. The Order shall come into effect on the 4th February 2019 and is planned to be in effect for 15 Nights.
