Decision to award contract to Central Roofing and Building Services Ltd and approve the expenditure of up to £680,101.98 for the replacement flat roof coverings and works to roof light and roof mounted plant and equipment to facilitate the roof covering replacement at Hereford College Road Campus, HR1 1EB.following a successful tender on the Council’s procurement portal.

Approve the expenditure of up to £673,101.98 for the works, which includes a contingency of up to £60,100.18.

Approve the expenditure of up to £7,000 for internal and external professional fees.

Authority is delegated to the Capital Project Manager from the
Corporate Director of Economy and Environment to act as spend manager for the project. Responsibility for monitoring the remaining works to be carried out by the Capital Project Manager within the spend budget.
