In pursuance of the power conferred upon it by Section 91(1) of the Local Government Act 1972 the Council hereby appoints Mr Gary Troy of 48 Churchill Meadow, Ledbury, Herefordshire. HR8 2DG to act as a member of Ledbury Town Council until the Town Council has filled such vacancies to enable the Town Council to act or after six months beginning from the end date on which the Order is signed, whichever is the earlier, whereupon such appointments and this Order shall cease.
