Decision:
To instruct S.C. Joseph Ltd to carry out
provision of external groundworks, reconfiguring paths, and
installing tarmac paths with guardrails and curbing as needed at
Southbank Close Care Facility and Ridgemoor Care Facility up to a
total value of £74,934 following the completion of a
successful tender, evaluation and moderation process.
Works are to be completed no later than 31 March 2026.
Contingency of £10,000 allowed for any unforeseen works that
may arise.
Authority is delegated to the Senior Project Manager from the
Interim Director of Commercial Services as spend manager for the
project.
