Award a contract to C.F. Roberts (Electrical
Contractors) PLC for Boiler Replacement Works at Hereford College
of Arts, College Road Campus, Hereford, HR1 2EB a successful tender
on the Council’s procurement portal.
Approve the expenditure of up to £281,182 for the works,
which includes a contingency of up to £25,562.
Approve the expenditure of up to £12,781 for internal and
external professional fees.
Responsibility for monitoring the programme to be carried out by
the Capital Project Manager within the spend budget.
