Decision:
To award a contract to The Input Group. This
decision is to award the contract to The Input Group to carry out
fire door replacement at Hillside Care Centre, Hereford, following
the completion of a successful tender, evaluation and moderation
process.
Works are to be completed no later than 31 March 2025.
To approve the works expenditure of up to £190,000 which
includes
A works contract to The Input Group- £136,683.00
Contingency and Professional fees up to- £53,317.00
The responsibility for monitoring the project to be carried out by
the Senior Project Manager within the spend budget.
