Approve the expenditure of up to £45,953.38 for the works, which includes a contingency of up to £4,177.58.

Approve the expenditure of up to £2,088.79 for internal and external
professional fees.

Responsibility for monitoring the programme to be carried out by the Capital Project Manager within the spend budget.
