To build in a 10% contingency amount bringing the total allocated to: £438,670.74
To further delegate all operational and budgetary decisions up to the maximum value of £438,670.74 for this scheme to the Interim Delivery Director Infrastructure, Capital Programme Manager and Capital Project Manager.
