The employment panel
is responsible for determining the terms and conditions of
employment of the head of paid service, the section 151 officer,
the monitoring officer, the director of adults and wellbeing, the
director for children’s wellbeing, the director for economy,
communities and corporate and the director for public health.
The employment panel
is a consultee on overall employment terms and conditions
(including policies) to be determined by the head of paid service
or his/her nominee.
The public can
get involved by asking questions at employment panel
meetings.
