Note: Cabinet meetings during the coronavirus outbreak - The government has advised that public gatherings of more than two people should cease unless the gathering is essential for work purposes. It has therefore been decided to cancel the cabinet meeting currently scheduled for 31 March 2020. We will consider whether future scheduled meetings can proceed in due course and taking account of any updated guidance. Where a delay would have a negative impact, decisions that were due to be taken at the meeting will instead be considered and determined by the leader of the council. The report, decision notice and any other relevant information for each decision taken under these provisions will be published on the council website.
