Proposed Model for Community Activities and rationalisation of Day Centre Provision
To approve the Herefordshire Community
Activity Strategy 2026–2028, which sets out a new approach to
delivering community activities and day opportunities for people
with care and support needs. The strategy introduces a tiered model
of delivery, enabling support to be better tailored to differing
levels of need while promoting independence, flexibility, and
improved access to a wider range of community-based
opportunities.
