Purchase of 1100 litre wheeled bins from A&C Weber

• New bins are required to replenish the existing stock to be used at both commercial premises for new customers and domestic premises.
• There is sufficient budget to purchase this within the Environment & Waste budget.
• There is no conflict with any council policy, strategy or service plan.
• This decision does not amend existing policies nor raise new policy issues.
• In accordance with the council’s procurement guidance for a low value service, best value has been established by using a framework agreement and inviting further competition from all suppliers for this type of bin.
• A&C Weber has provided the best value compliant quote for the products based on the specification.
