Commissioning of professional advice to support development of a net carbon zero affordable housing scheme on Sites 1b, 1c, 2a and 2b Station Approach at a cost of up to £68K
The Council is keen to progress the
investigation of delivering affordable housing as quickly as
possible. Expert advice is required to inform decisions regarding
the feasibility of a housing scheme at Station Approach,
Hereford.
The council entered into a Development and Regeneration Partnership
(DRP) with Engie in June 2018. Engie have the expertise in this
area and are able to accelerate progression and meet the timescales
required to feed into the planning for bringing forward
developments on council owned land and the council’s budget
processes in the autumn of 2020
