• The Wilton Road Sports Centre was
inundated during the February 2020 floods
• Tenant has been offered grunt funding for flood resilience
measures comprising 4 no. flood doors, 2 no. water pumps and 3 no.
non-return valves for drainage system.
• Lease requires Landlord’s written consent for all
alterations
• Works to be carried out alongside the insurance
reinstatement works
