Approval of the expenditure of up to £215,264 from the Capital Maintenance Schools’ Budget for Roofing works to Clehonger Primary School.

Award Balfour Beatty the contract to complete the roofing works up to the value of £210,464, to include a contingency of up to £19,133.

To authorise the expenditure of up to the value of £4,800 from the 2020/21 programme professional fees as set out in the Cabinet Decision. To delegate the responsibility to Capital Project Manager, responsible for managing the delivery of this Capital scheme at Clehonger Primary School to spend within the Capital Maintenance budget.
