Additional work required out as part of the North Magazine masterplanning exercise covering detailed design of landscaping and haul road as well as additional sustainability work.
The HEZ has been working towards establishing
a Masterplan for the North Magazine site to inform the breakup of
the site into smaller, development ready parcels of land. The
additional work identified with this RoOD forms an essential
component of completing the masterplanning and design work prior to
the construction phase taking place.
