Approval of expenditure of up to £4,000 from the Capital Maintenance Schools’ budget for damp works at Stoke Prior Primary
• Award Balfour Beatty the contract to
complete the damp works at Stoke Prior Primary School up to the
value of £2,595 to include contingency of up to £240.
Responsibility for managing and monitoring the project to be
carried out by the Capital Project Manager, within the spend
budget.
• To authorise the expenditure of up to £800 from the
professional fees allocation as set out in the Cabinet Decision.
