Highway Asset Management (HAM) C and U roads - Works Commission
Whilst HAM funding was allocated in the annual
plan decision April 2021, the HAM funding has not been commissioned
up to this point as it may have been required to alleviate other
capital works within the public realm contract.
The capital HAM funding can now be released for commission.
The programme of works have been derived from the asset management
data and therefore justify investment.
