To approve the expenditure of the project contingency budget from the electrical improvement works (Phase 1) at the Shire Hall
Every effort has been made to mitigate the
additional costs but the contingency
is required to resolve the following issues and ensure compliant
completion of
the project:-
• design changes due to Western Power Distribution
• abortive works due to the need to re-route ductwork
• design changes to the betterment of the job
