Applications for care proceedings during Covid 19 pandemic
That new care proceedings will only be issued
where the threshold for interim removal is met and there is an
immediate risk of harm to a child (ren) if they were to remain in
the care of parent/carer.
This shall be reviewed on a regular basis and in line with
Government guidance regarding the restrictions as a result of COVID
19.
