To consider participation in the Midlands Engine delegation to the MIPIM property conference 2019 in order to ensure Herefordshire’s Economic Vision and its component projects are effectively promoted.

A fee of £10,400 will ensure the inclusion of Herefordshire within all marketing material, release of a presentation opportunity within the event programme, use of all facilities within the Midlands Engine event, branding on appropriate material and locations, and passes to the event.

It is proposed that a relevant cabinet member and supporting officer(s) attend the conference to represent Herefordshire as part of the Midlands Engine delegation alongside a representative of the Hereford Enterprise Zone if nominated by the Enterprise Zone board.
