The purpose of this report is to highlight the current situation with regards to the Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards process within Herefordshire. To identify the current situation in relation to where the local authority is in relation to meeting its statutory obligations and how it is managing the risks to individuals in relation to deprivation of liberty issues.
