Consultees
A range of local authority officers and video
broadcasting companies have been informally consulted. Local
authorities currently using video to broadcast and record their
public meetings were approached to ascertain the costs and
reliability of those services. A small number of video broadcasting
companies were approached to explore pricing and what initial
investment may be needed to develop video broadcasting capability
in Herefordshire Council's committee meeting rooms.
