Learning Disability Strategy 2018-2028

To enable the committee to fulfil its function to review and scrutinise the planning, provision and operation of health and social care services for people with learning disabilities and to make reports and recommendations on these matters. The chairman of the committee has requested that the draft strategy is presented for preview ahead of decision by the Cabinet. The purpose of the report is to provide an overview of the Learning Disability Strategy with a particular focus on children and young people and the actions required to improve services for those in the county with learning disabilities.
