To seek permission for Officers to progress the retendering of the separate Construction Building Maintenance and FM Cleaning Services contracts in readiness when they come to an end on 31 March 2018 and to seek approval for Officers to award contracts to put in place a new combined service delivery arrangement for 1 April 2018.
